8. Bulk Orders and Bank Transfers
Bank transfers may be available for approved bulk orders only. If you would like to place a bulk order, please contact us first at support@jacob-menswear.com.
Bulk orders paid by bank transfer will only be processed after full payment has been received and confirmed.
9. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. After approval, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, payment, delivery, or return, please contact our customer support team first so we can review the issue and assist you.
