Shipping Locations

Jacob-Menswear currently ships orders within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, we will update this Shipping Policy accordingly.

Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping: We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum order requirement.

If any additional shipping options become available at checkout, the cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Below are our estimated shipping and delivery times for orders shipped within the United States:

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday
    Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT may be processed on the next business day.
  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday
    During this time, your order is reviewed, prepared, and handed over for shipment.
  • Transit time: 6–8 business days, Monday to Friday
    This is the estimated time it takes for your package to arrive after it has been shipped.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days
    This includes both order processing time and transit time.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Carrier Services

We work with reliable shipping carriers for deliveries within the United States. Depending on your location and the details of your order, your package may be shipped with carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Jacob-Menswear is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jacob-menswear.com. We will do our best to assist you, but address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the damaged package or item.

We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps where applicable.

Local Pickup

Jacob-Menswear is an online-only store and does not currently offer local pickup or in-person shopping.
