At Jacob-Menswear, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
Return Policy Overview
Return window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Condition of items: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
Return approval: Please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
There is no return shipping cost to the customer if the product is:
- incorrect,
- damaged upon delivery, or
- defective in any other way.
If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jacob-menswear.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the request and assist you with a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong product, selected the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If a paid shipping option was selected at checkout, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
How to Return an Item

Email our support team at support@jacob-menswear.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for Return Instructions
Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.
3. Pack Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents where applicable.
4. Send It Back
Send your return package to the return address provided in your return authorization email. The registered business address listed below is for business identification and customer contact purposes and should not be used as a return address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.
Refund Process
Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
Refund Approval
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
After approval, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us first at support@jacob-menswear.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated in the product description where applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the provider.
